Nuts right? I was planning my next quilt and thought, “Oh I’ll need to head to the lqs to pick up some warm solids.” Um, not no more! I would like more solids. But I might need more storage if that’s the case.
I was sitting in my bed folding my beloved half yards of Madrona Road by Mrs Violet Craft while watching True Blood last night. I’ve decided that show has officially jumped the shark! But then I realize it’s like Daytime soaps, does it really need to be that awesome? Not really. But I might just end up rewatching Season 1 of American Horror Story – now that was good and leave True Blood unwatched on the dvr.
I bought my half yards fr the lovely Mrs Amanda~ visit her shop and buy something for yourself!

I TOTALLY agree and am really bummed out about it. First, Eric is HOT and there has not been enough skin this season. Second, there are WAY too many story lines going and they could really do without the whole Terry and Lafayette story…who cares?! This is my favorite book series and while I appreciate their attempt at creating a new and different story line it really sucks. They should not have deviated so far away from the books…there is a reason they are best sellers. I’m still slightly hopefully that they will come to their senses and get back on track next season if they actually renew it. Maybe it is wishful thinking, but for now I’m good with catching up on Breaking Bad which I’m super addicted to. And unfortunately I will likely continue to watch True Blood and laugh at the ridiculousness.
All those solids look so pretty. I’ll keep an eye out for a sale.
