Thanks for all the support on the Vintage Quilt Revival Block Along!

There’s (3) different types of Sampler Quilts you could make and each one of them requires different yardage.  Each block will tell you how much fabric you need.  The quilts at the end will tell you how much backing and sashing you’ll need.  So make a decision on which quilt suits your fancy.

(Sampler using a Fabric Collection)

(Sampler Quilt with On-Point Blocks)
(Sampler Quilt using Solids)
The one that I’m doing is the one with the solids layout. The fabric I’m using is Chicopee by Denyse Schmidt with coordinating solids from Pink Chalk (that I bought a long, long, long time ago).

I want to do the block schedule from beginner to advanced.

Wait, you’ve already got a book right? Then if you link up then you can tell me a friend that you want to give the book to. Pay it forward kind of thing.

Your quilt is going to be amazing. Chicopee is one of my favorite lines= it’s going to be fun watching it come together. I started buying fabric earlier this week…I’m using solids and am trying to decide between the solids layout or the on-point layout. Can’t wait to get started.

I can’t wait to see everyone’s quilts come together! And you absolutely cannot go wrong with Chicopee. One of my all time favorites.

Thank you so much for sharing your block from the book and sending it on for our charity quilts!

What a clever idea to incorporate the block along with the blog hop! By the way I think I’m going to sign up to attend your retreat. That sounds super fun!

Oh the blocks set on point are so pretty. I love that they made them in brights solids as well.

Is there going to be a link up for this week? Just curious.
I have never paper pieced before and don’t have the slightest idea how to do so…man, I sure hope I’m gonna be able to figure out this week’s blocks…otherwise I won’t be able to make them. I will have to find some tutorials online.
